As part of AI team, your core responsibilities will be:

Develop and train various deep learning architectures to improve de novo protein design

Collaborate with web lab team to validate and refine predictions

• Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

MS or PhD in a STEM discipline, preferably CompChem, Cheminformatics or Bioinformatics

2+ years of software engineering experience in industry

Experience with graph neural networks, reinforcement learning and up to date with current deep learning research

Ability to rapidly implement algorithms based on specifications or publications

Fluent in Python, standard machine learning libraries and Tensorflow or PyTorch
